With more than 34 years experience as an investment banker and investor, Thomas T. Hacking is chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Radlink, responsible for overall strategy and operations. Mr. Hacking also serves as chairman and CEO of Hacking and Co., an investment and merchant banking firm he founded in 1992. In addition to other companies, Hacking and Co. has served as a consultant to Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors L.P., a firm that manages approximately $10 billion in alternative investments through a number of investment partnerships. Mr. Hacking is a graduate of the University of Portland and the UCLA Anderson School (executive program). Mr. Hacking currently serves as a Trustee of the John Thomas Dye School, is a member of the Board of Directors of the Children's Bureau of Southern California and served as a Regent of the University of Portland. Mr. Hacking served in the Marine Corps (Captain) from 1968 to 1971.
Dr. Julien is a graduate of Tulane University (B.A. 1962); University of Miami (M.D. 1969); Yale University (Medical Internship, 1970 and Internal medicine residency, 1971) and the University of California at San Francisco (Diagnostic Radiology 1975). With nearly 30 years of experience, Dr. Julien is currently director of Thoracic Imaging at Cedar-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. He also has served as associate director of Radiology and director of Mammography. In 2005, Dr. Julien was named the Cedar-Sinai Physician of the Year. In addition to a long career at Cedar-Sinai for more than 25 years, he was an assistant clinical professor of Radiology at UCSF and UCLA Medical Centers. He is widely published and certified by the American Board of Radiology.
Mr. Tao has had over 15 years professional experience in developing and managing large-scale Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) and other advanced medical information systems. Prior to Radlink, Mr. Tao was the operations manager for Medical Informatics group in UCLA Imaging Informatics group and was instrumental to the development and management of the first operational UCLA PACS. At Radlink, Inc. (USA), Mr. Tao is the Chief Software Architect and responsible for software product development.

Joe Davis has advised Radlink, Inc. on a variety of business and financial matters over the past 3 years. Mr. Davis is a graduate of The University of Texas and The Harvard Business School. During Mr. Davis's forty year career he has held positions in Senior Financial Management, and served as President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of several of public companies. Mr. Davis has served at various times as a member of The Board of Directors of publicly traded (15) and privately held (8) corporations.

A. Redmond Doms
A. Redmond "Rusty" Doms is a graduate of Pomona College (1962) and the University of Southern California (1966) with an MBA in Finance. He served in the United States Army as a Captain between 1962 and 1964. His professional experience includes being the CEO, Owner, and President of Karsten Realty Advisors, providing management services for pension funds and development management services. Mr. Doms is also involved with his community and non-profit groups, including roles as a trustee for Pomona College, the Children's Bureau, and Saint John's Health Center
Judith Licklider
Licklider has more than 35 years of experience as a business executive and board member at various organizations. She was a training director at Sawyer Business College, spent five years in the marketing division at IBM and was the founder of Cyberlink Voice Messaging. In addition, she has served on the board of directors for a number of major organizations in Los Angeles, including the Saint John's Health Center Foundation, the Community Advisory Committee for Special Education, Los Angeles Youth Programs, and the development board for Marymount High School.
Licklider earned a bachelor of science degree from Carnegie Mellon University and a masters of education degree from Duquesne University.
Susan F. Rice, Ed.D.
Nonprofit executive with over 30 years experience now Founder and Principal, SFR Consulting and senior consulting associate with Brakeley Briscoe Inc, a fundraising and management consulting firm serving nonprofits. Previous positions include president/CEO of the Greater Los Angeles Zoo Association, vice president of Business Executives for National Security (BENS), Deputy Director of Marketing and Development for Special Olympics International, director of alumni and development, UCLA Anderson School. In civic life, a charter founder of the Women's Refugee Commission, vice-chair of the Los Angeles World Affairs Council, vice-chair, campaign co-chair and trustee of Saint Mary's College (Notre Dame, Indiana), Regent and officer of Pepperdine University. Treasurer of the Foundation for Philanthropy of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. Member of the UCLA Foundation Board of Directors ($1 billion in assets.) Nicholas M. Halikis, M.D.
Dr. Nicholas M. Halikis is a prominent, practicing orthopaedic hand and upper extremity surgeon and is the CEO for Torrance Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine Group. He also serves as Chief of the Department of Surgery at Little Company of Mary Hospital in Torrance, CA. He is a graduate of USC (B.S. 1983, M.D. 1987) and completed the USC/LA County residency program in Orthopaedic Surgery in 1992. Thereafter, he completed one year in training at the University of Florida’s Hand and Upper Extremity Fellowship. Nick has served in many community organizations including several years as a board director for the National Disabled Foundation.
Brad Penenberg M.D.
Dr. Penenberg is a graduate of George Washington University School of Medicine. He was a recipient of the Julius Neviaser Award in Orthopedic Surgery. Dr. Penenberg performed his general surgery training at Albert Einstein Hospital in New York and completed his residency at Tufts- New England Medical Center and Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. After his residency Dr Penenberg completed a specialty fellowship in reconstructive knee surgery at Harvard University. During this time he was a reserach fellow and clinical instructor at the Harvard School of Medicine. He is an active member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, a member of the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and a Qualified Examiner. Dr. Penenberg's practice is centered on finding solutions for patients with problems of the hip and knee. He combines a commitment to excellence in patient care with a focus on research.
Paul R. Gienger
President & CEO of Topa Management Company. Mr. Gienger joined Topa Management Company in 1977, and became a partner/owner in 1983. Company founder John E. Anderson bought out the other partner/owners in 2000 and promoted Mr. Gienger to his current position. Topa is a full service real estate investment and management company with over $2.5 Billion in assets under management. Mr. Gienger is a graduate of California State University Sacramento. He served in the U. S. Army (1st Lieutenant) 1969-1973.
Ben Dusastre
Ben Dusastre is the director of the Roll Global Family Office. Prior to working for the Resnick family, Mr. Dusastre worked at the Credit Suisse Private Bank and for Eastman Kodak’s digital imaging division. He holds an MBA degree from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA and is a graduate of McGill University (Graduate Certificate in Marketing, 2005) and Concordia University (Bachelor of Commerce, 2003.) In addition, he served as treasurer of the Kelly Shires Breast Cancer Foundation.
Richard K. Gerlach
As a co-founder of Radlink, Mr. Gerlach assisted in the development of the Laser Pro film digitizer. He was noted as an industry pioneer in disk recording and for the development of early floppy disk drives. He has founded and led two medical imaging companies through the IPO process. Mr. Gerlach holds 16 patents and a B.S. in Physics from Louisiana Polytechnic University, plus graduate studies at Temple University.
